Terms of Use

By using the Artexora Solutions website or hiring Artexora for video editing services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Artexora Solutions offers professional video editing, including but not limited to:

• YouTube video editing
• Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Cinematic and documentary-style editing
• Commercial and brand advertising videos
• Color grading, VFX, and sound design

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing tiers are listed on our homepage. All prices are in USD. Payment terms:

• 50% advance required before work begins on any project.
• 50% balance due upon project completion, before final files are delivered.
• Payments via Fiverr, bank transfer, or agreed international payment method.
• Prices are subject to change; your quoted price at the time of booking is locked in.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond that are billed separately. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of draft delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

When you hire us, you agree to:

• Provide raw footage, scripts, and any specific assets on time.
• Confirm you own the rights (or have permission) for all footage, music, and images you submit.
• Respond to drafts and questions within a reasonable time so your project isn't delayed.
• Not use the final video for any unlawful purpose.

5. Ownership & Copyright

• You (the client) own the final edited video once full payment is received.
• Artexora Solutions retains the right to display finished work in our portfolio, showreel, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Source project files (Premiere Pro, After Effects) are only provided in the Ultra and Agency tiers.
• Any copyrighted music, stock footage, or assets must be licensed by you — we do not provide licensed music as part of standard packages.

6. Refund Policy

Because video editing is a custom creative service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Full refund available if work hasn't started yet.
• Partial refund possible during early-stage drafts.
• No refunds after final delivery has been approved.

7. Delivery Times

Standard turnaround is 2-7 days depending on the package. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing assets are not counted against our timeline.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client footage and project details as strictly confidential. NDAs are available on request for sensitive projects.

9. Limitation of Liability

Artexora Solutions is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of delivered videos — for example, loss of revenue from a published video's performance. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.

10. Website Use

You may not:

• Copy, scrape, or republish content from this website without permission.
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the site.
• Use automated tools to submit forms or spam our contact channels.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and courts in Pakistan as a last resort.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new terms.

DMCA & Copyright Policy

Artexora Solutions respects intellectual property rights and expects our clients and visitors to do the same. This policy outlines how copyright is handled on our work and how to report infringement.

1. Client-Provided Content

When you hire Artexora Solutions for video editing, you confirm that:

• You own all footage, images, music, and assets you provide — OR you have valid licenses or written permission to use them.
• Your project does not infringe on anyone else's copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.
• You take full legal responsibility for the content you supply.

If a client provides copyrighted material without permission, Artexora Solutions is not liable — the responsibility rests entirely with the client.

2. Our Portfolio & Showreel

All videos shown in our portfolio, Recent Archives, and hero background are either:

• Edited for clients who have granted us permission to display the work, OR
• Our own original content.

If you are a client and prefer your project not be publicly displayed, email us and we will remove it within 7 days.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, send a notice to rayanxheikh26@gmail.com with the following:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on our website where the infringing material is located.
4. A statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. A statement: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every valid notice within 72 hours and remove or disable access to the reported content if the claim is valid.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email. Include your contact details, the removed content URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error.

5. Repeat Infringers

We terminate relationships with clients who repeatedly submit infringing material. We may also report serious violations to relevant authorities.

6. Third-Party Content

Videos embedded from YouTube remain the property of their respective creators. Our embeds link to the original source — we do not re-host YouTube content.
